Job summary

A prominent construction company is seeking 3 hardworking CSCS Site Operatives to aid in the installation of concrete tanks. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in construction with the expectation of occasional overnight stays. An immediate start is available, and a valid CSCS card is essential.

PICKUP WILL BE FROM SITE NEAR TUXFORD EARLY MORNING ON A MONDAY OF EVERY WEEK.

We are on the look-out for 3 hardworking individuals to join our clients team as a CSCS Site Operative working with concrete. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall construction process of concrete tank installation, by providing assistance and performing various manual tasks on multiple construction sites.
Ideally candidate will have a minimum of construction experience, preferably working with concrete and reinforcement and be willing to progress and learn more skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain excellent skills and knowledge with a long term acreer opportunity.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE STAYING AWAY FROM HOME MONDAY TO FRIDAY

This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start.

Main Duties

• Fetching / Carrying Materials
• Heavy Lifting
• Using Power Tools ie. Stihl Saws etc.
• Assist with the installation of concrete water tanks / silo's
• General house keeping

Essential Requirements

- Valid CSCS Card

Working Hours
A basic working week consists of 40 hours based on time on site ONLY.
Any hours over the basic 40 hours are paid at a time and third as is ALL hours worked on a Saturday. Any site work undertaken on a Sunday is paid at a time and a half.

When travelling too and from site (In a company vehicle, by a company representative), the rate of pay is 20p per mile travelled.

FULL DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL AS THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DRIVE COMPANY VANS.
