Job summary

Kings Heath Demolition Ltd is seeking a reliable Demolition Labourer to join our team in Redditch. The role involves assisting with safe and efficient demolition of various structures, requiring physical fitness and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team, operate hand and power tools, and help manage debris and materials on site. CSCS card and driving licence are preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the dismantling and demolition of buildings, structures and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the dismantling and demolition of buildings, structures, and other materials

Operate hand and power tools

Remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials from job sites

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Support skilled tradespeople and machine operators as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in demolition is preferred

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials

Strong awareness of health and safety practices

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Valid CSCS card and driving licence

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
