Acorn by Synergie is seeking safety-conscious and reliable Labourers to support a large Port Talbot steel works project. The role requires a valid CSCS card and a full driving licence, with duties including general labouring, equipment handling, and assisting skilled trades. Immediate start available on a 3-month assignment.

The candidate will work under strict health and safety protocols, attend toolbox talks, and help maintain a clean, safe site environment. Transport is needed due to location.

Qualificações

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is seeking safety-conscious and reliable individuals with a valid CSCS qualification and full drivers licence to work with our client on a large project in Port Talbot steel works. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily site operations while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Operate in compliance with all site safety procedures and legal requirements.
• Carry out assigned tasks including general labouring, equipment handling, and assisting skilled trades.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Attend and contribute to site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Assist with setup and demobilisation of site activities.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory).
• Valid drivers licence and own transport (due to location).
• Previous experience on industrial or construction sites preferred.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
