Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Labourer for a single-site assignment in Poole. You will support Mechanical Fitters with installation, move materials, and assist other contractors while keeping the site clean and safe.

The role runs through to Christmas with a set day-shift pattern and a consistent weekly wage of £15 per hour. A valid CSCS card and counterbalance forklift licence are required, with the potential for further work into the new year.

Qualifications

• CSCS card valid and ready to present on site.
• Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience on construction or industrial sites.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow supervisor directions.
• Comfortable standing for full day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mechanical Fitters with installation.

As a Labourer, your experience will include:

• A valid CSCS card, in date and ready to present on site
• A valid counterbalance forklift truck licence
• Previous experience working on a construction or industrial site
• A reliable approach, good timekeeping and the ability to take direction from a supervisor
• Comfortable working on your feet across a full day shift
