Job summary

Barrett Contract Services Ltd is seeking a Labourer for a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. The contract runs to at least March 2027 with potential for further work. Main duties include general labouring, assisting trades, moving materials to skips and unloading deliveries.

Requirements include a CSCS card, a minimum of 5 years on-site experience, and DBS within the last 3 months would be advantageous. Interior refurbishment experience is a plus.

Job description

BCS require a Labourer to work on a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027. Possible more works will be added.

Main works:

• a new CAT A-CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, along with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Main duties:

• General Labouring duties
• Assisting trades
• moving of materials to skips
• helping unload deliveries

Requirements:

• experience in interior/refurbishment a benefit
• Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
• DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous
