Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is recruiting a CSCS General Labourer for a busy construction site in Stafford. You will assist with site prep, clearance and support trades, working 7:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. A valid CSCS card and one year of labouring experience are required.

The role requires a driver with a UK licence for site access, and willingness to pass BPSS/BSPP clearance and obtain asbestos awareness. Weekly pay and long-term work are available; PPE provided.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card and at least 1 year of labouring experience.
• Must pass BPSS and BSPP clearance; asbestos awareness cert.
• Provide 5+ years of work history and references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and clearance of construction sites.
• Carry out manual handling of materials.
• Operate basic tools safely under supervision.
• Follow site safety protocols and keep area clean.
• Support skilled trades to maintain workflow.
• Report hazards to the site supervisor.
• Pass BSPP clearance and asbestos awareness.
