Job summary

P+S Personnel are looking for a reliable CSCS Cleaner to join their team in Lowestoft on a full-time temporary basis. The role involves detailed cleaning of newly built apartments after trades have finished, with emphasis on high-quality sparkle cleans.

You MUST hold your CSCS Card and have experience in builders' cleans or commercial cleaning. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• Experience in builders' or sparkle cleans preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleans of apartments post-construction or renovation
• Remove dust, debris, plaster, paint splashes, and adhesive residue from all surfaces
• Wipe down walls, skirting boards, light switches, sockets, fixtures, and fittings
• Clean windows (internal), frames, and sills
• Mop, vacuum, and sweep all flooring surfaces
• Dispose of minor building waste or packaging appropriately
• Ensure all areas meet a high standard
• Follow health and safety protocols on site
• Report any damage, defects, or access issues to the site supervisor or manager
