Job summary

Pspersonnelltd in Lowestoft is seeking a reliable CSCS Cleaner to join the team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role focuses on detailed cleans of newly built apartments after trades have finished, with a strong emphasis on a spotless, high-standard finish.

The successful candidate must hold a CSCS Card and have experience in builders' cleans or sparkle cleans. You will work on site, following health and safety protocols, and report any issues to the site supervisor.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleans of apartments post-construction or renovation
• Remove dust, debris, plaster, paint splashes, and adhesive residue from all surfaces
• Wipe down walls, skirting boards, light switches, sockets, fixtures, and fittings
• Clean windows (internal), frames, and sills
• Mop, vacuum, and sweep all flooring surfaces
• Dispose of minor building waste or packaging appropriately
• Ensure all areas meet a high standard
• Follow health and safety protocols on site
• Report any damage, defects, or access issues to the site supervisor or manager

Person Specification

• You MUST hold your CSCS Card
• Previous experience in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, or commercial cleaning - preferred
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:00, with breaks
• Opportunity for ongoing work on other projects
