Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting a CSA Supervisor to deliver complex civil works and fit‑out projects for leading clients. The role focuses on safety, QA, schedule adherence, and close coordination with subcontractors and trades on site.

You will manage daily diaries, progress reporting, snagging, and materials delivery to align with the programme, while upholding CSA systems knowledge and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in civil works or fit out.
• Experience supervising large installation projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Experience in design and build.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• EU passport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site safety with the Safety Advisor, including setting up, managing and closing out the safety file.
• Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule, daily manpower and production rates, and join weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Keep a daily site diary with subcontractor resource levels and active work fronts, with photographic evidence.
• Manage site QA with the CSA Package Manager, inspecting subcontractor work and keeping checklist records.
• Run the snagging system, issue weekly punch lists, and coordinate CSA subcontractors and interfaces with other trades.
• Know the project programme and work to keep or improve it, sharing information with subcontractor staff on site.
• Report weekly to the CSA Manager and planner on progress, deliveries, labour, risks, and events with commercial impact.
• Schedule material deliveries to match the programme, help manage package costs, and support close out of O&M manuals, punch lists, safety and QA files.
