Job summary

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading European Tier 1 Main Contractor to deliver complex, large-scale mission critical and life sciences projects across the UK and Europe. They are seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Manager to support a major project in Northumberland.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience as CSA QA/QC Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and handover processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong report writing and documentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC standards across project sites.
• Develop and manage quality plans, ITPs, manuals and documentation for CSA works.
• Monitor CSA installations for compliance with project specs and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inspections, snagging and handover for CSA packages.
• Provide guidance to project management on CSA QA/QC matters.
• Ensure all project documentation and quality dossiers are completed before handover.
• Chair and coordinate quality meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage document control and distribute documentation.
• Track and report quality performance metrics and non-conformances.
