Job description

A multinational M&E Contractor specializing in delivering complex industrial projects across Europe is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented CSA Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large industrial projects valued at £20m+ with extensive M&E packages.

The project involves a large-scale Data Centre located in mainland Europe. Employment will be under the relevant European employment laws. The position offers a competitive salary, accommodation, flights, travel allowances, and a bonus. The booming Data Centre infrastructure ensures ongoing work for the coming years.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on site.
2. Coordinating project schedules with other trades and Package Leads.
3. Attending site meetings, internal reviews, engineering sessions, planning, coordination, and handover meetings as required.
4. Closing out all project items, including O&M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, with support from the CSA Package Manager.
5. Supervising and involved in large installation projects.
6. Experience in design and build projects.
7. Working effectively within strict deadlines.
8. Driving large-scale project delivery.
