Description

Join our technology team as a Core Developer, focusing on low latency trading systems in the ever-evolving crypto markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our business's growth by enhancing existing infrastructure and connecting to new trading venues in both CeFI and DeFi. If you excel in Rust, thrive on solving complex problems, and have a passion for performance-driven development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement low-latency trading systems for CEX market-making, while also optimising smart contract interactions, on-chain arbitrage, and MEV strategies in decentralised finance (DeFi).
2. Enhance our deployment and monitoring processes, ensuring our global systems are up-to-date and functional 24/7.
3. Support production trading systems as well as downstream applications.

Required:

1. Excellent Rust (can be non-professional experience).
2. Experience working with async code.
3. Experience with exchange connectivity (REST, WebSockets, FIX).
4. Experience with Python.
5. Experience with SQL.
6. Experience with AWS.
7. Comfortable working on Linux command line to debug applications.
8. Excellent problem solving skills.
9. A keen interest in crypto markets and technology (Example projects in this space will be advantageous).
10. An understanding of order-book based markets.
11. Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.

Note: As crypto markets are 24/7, some out of hours support will be required.
