Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Web3 product research, planning, design, and implementation, including version planning, product design, functional requirement documentation, prototyping, development coordination, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
• Possess a strong understanding of traditional finance, cryptocurrency, and cross-border payments, conducting market research and competitor analysis to define customer needs and shape product and operational strategies.
• Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and technical teams to ensure product design and development meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Exhibit strong project management skills, defining clear objectives, creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, or computer science; overseas work experience is preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding and experience in blockchain, digital currency, cross-border payments, and virtual assets product design.
• Familiarity with Web3 products and technologies; proven success in Web3 projects is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English, and able to work effectively with diverse teams. Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.
