Job summary

DRW in London is seeking an OTC Cryptocurrency Trader to manage counterparties, design markets, and execute trades across multiple digital assets. The role includes weekend trading coverage and collaboration with global DRW traders and researchers.

You should have 2–7 years OTC trading experience, strong math and communications skills, and a self-starter mindset. This is a hands-on, high-performance role in a fast-moving crypto desk.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of OTC trading experience.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital wallets preferred.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong initiative and a proven self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTC trading flow with counterparties.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive OTC business.
• Calculate and create markets across cryptocurrencies.
• Identify opportunities and execute trades within parameters.
• Communicate with DRW offices on workflows and trades.
• Coordinate with operations, cash management, legal for settlement.
• Help optimize our cryptocurrency portfolio.
• Collaborate with DRW traders and researchers.
• Regular weekend trading coverage (3 weekdays + weekends).
