DRW is seeking a Trading Operations Engineer for Cumberland Options in London. The role supports crypto trading desks, overseeing trade capture, reconciliations, and P&L, while collaborating with traders, researchers, and software engineers to optimize workflows.

Ideal candidates have derivatives experience, strong independent work skills, and a track record in front-office environments. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge tools and risk management systems within a global trading firm.

Qualifications

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Trade capture for futures and futures options.
• Trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Working knowledge and experience in derivatives.
• Gain mastery of firm’s proprietary trade capture, inventory management, treasury management, and risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for crypto trading desks.
• Trade capture for desks’ products: futures and futures options.
• Trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers.
• Daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers and software engineers to optimize workflows.
• Promote new technology and enhance tools to meet traders’ needs.
