Blockchain is seeking a Trader to join our Market Making desk in London. You will run, analyse, and improve automated liquidity strategies while collaborating with clients to grow value for the desk.

A blend of trading, quantitative research, and commercial focus is essential, with hands-on coding in Python, Rust, or SQL. The role requires 2–5 years in market making or quantitative trading, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in market making or quantitative trading.
• Commercially aware, fast-paced and intense.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, DeFi, and crypto listings.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with traders in a fast-paced environment to run and improve liquidity strategies.
• Analyze risk and ideate trading strategies across DeFi and yield approaches.
• Engage with clients via trading and sales to source new business.
• Configure and tune strategy parameters in response to market conditions.
• Build infrastructure and initiatives to enhance desk value.
