Blockchain is seeking a Quantitative Trader to join the Market Making desk in London. You will help run, analyse, and develop automated strategies that provide liquidity across crypto exchanges and trading pairs.

You will work with senior traders, quants and engineers, and own strategy parameters under guidance. The role sits at the intersection of trading, data, and technology and requires strong quantitative and coding skills, with growth into a full quantitative trader in a fast-paced 24/7

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in trading, quant analysis or data analysis
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; Rust a plus
• Experience with AI tools, data vis and automation
• Ability to explain findings clearly to traders and engineers

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine market making strategies across exchanges
• Monitor automated strategies; troubleshoot issues with traders and engineers
• Run post-trade analysis of execution quality and profitability
• Build dashboards and reports tracking KPIs like uptime, spread and P&L
• Prepare client and internal market colour on liquidity and flows
