This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, token strategy, and market positioning. You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with leading crypto investors, exchanges, and market makers—ensuring that Fuse enters the crypto ecosystem with credibility and momentum.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-trust, high-impact operator with strong communication instincts and a deep understanding of how crypto markets work—especially when it comes to launching and sustaining a token. You’ll work directly with our founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, secure early backers, and build visibility with top-tier investors and market participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fuse’s crypto GTM strategy—from private investor conversations to token launch narrative and post-launch support.

• Build and manage relationships with top-tier crypto investors, funds, exchanges, and market makers.
• Act as the internal owner of our investor-facing materials—pitch decks, token economics summaries, and market updates.
• Shape our positioning in the market and ensure Fuse is seen as a credible, forward-thinking project among institutional and community players.
• Coordinate and support early listing strategies, exchange partnerships, and liquidity relationships.
• Manage the marketing team to align messaging across our token rollout and broader brand story.

• Stay sharp on market sentiment, investor priorities, and evolving crypto trends—and help us move with speed and precision.

• 2+ years of experience in crypto or web3—ideally in investor relations, GTM, biz dev, or marketing roles.
• Strong network within crypto, especially among investors, fund managers, and market makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can explain token models, build excitement, and build trust.
• Comfortable owning high-stakes relationships and driving momentum across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented—you’ll be driving a process from relationship to execution.
• A deep love for the crypto space, and a high bar for credibility and quality.
