Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd. is seeking reliable Crusher/Screener Operators to operate crushing and screening plant across multiple sites in the UK. The role emphasizes safety, routine pre-start checks, and supporting smooth site operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with crushing/screening equipment, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work well with site teams in a busy environment. Training and development opportunities are provided in a modern equipment environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience operating crushers, screeners, or similar materials-processing plant.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
• Ability to carry out pre-start checks and recognise potential equipment faults or hazards.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively in a busy site environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate crushers, screeners, and associated plant safely and efficiently in line with site requirements.
• Carry out pre-start checks and routine inspections, identifying and reporting defects or maintenance requirements.
• Monitor plant performance and material flow, making adjustments to maintain productivity and product quality.
• Feed and process materials in accordance with site instructions and operating procedures.
• Keep the plant and surrounding work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
• Follow site traffic management plans and communicate clearly with colleagues and other plant operators.
• Report breakdowns, safety concerns, incidents, and any changes to site conditions promptly.
• Complete operational records, checklists, and other required documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to meet production targets and operational deadlines.
• Follow company and site health and safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment.
