Job summary

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking a Digital Content Manager to oversee the management of digital content on Marella Cruise Ships. The role demands strong administration and computer skills, alongside a good command of English, to keep the onboard app and digital signage updated with events, menus, and promotional materials.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Cruise Director and engage in a variety of entertainment-related tasks, from creating daily schedules to supporting promotional initiatives. Experience in the cruising industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and computer skills required.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Professional experience in digital marketing or administration.
• Knowledge of cruising industry and family leisure market.
• Experience in revenue promotion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily Cruise News and digital signage are up to date.
• Update daily activity timetable via digital content system.
• Host sessions at help desk on embarkation day.
• Assist in editing ship videos and managing cinema schedules.
• Create daily pool deck schedule for entertainment.
