Job Description

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Cruise Sales & Operations Manager to join a leading Tour Operator, as they further develop their cruise offering and launch their Cruise website.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of cruise within the business, from commercial to some operational focus, with a key responsibility being the launch of our client's cruise website.

Our client’s ideal candidate will bring operational, commercial, and managerial experience from the cruise sector and will be eager to take on a newly created role, where they can truly make an impact.

Note: This role can be based in Birmingham, Peterborough, or be hybrid.

Role of Cruise Sales & Operations Manager:
  1. Oversee the upcoming launch of a bookable website.
  2. Manage commercial relationships with top cruise lines and agents.
  3. Foster positive relationships between our client and cruise lines.
  4. Monitor and manage sales targets and margin improvements.
  5. Build products relevant to promotion and target markets; recommend pricing strategies for different channels.
  6. Collaborate with Cruise Product Executives to support marketing plans and trade offers.
