Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients
• Reactivate dormant or lapsed customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions

About You:

Key Responsibilities
· Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification through to closing and post-sale onboarding.
· Hit the ground running by leveraging your existing network and product knowledge.
· Confidently demo and consult on our ice baths, chillers, saunas, and supporting equipment.
· Work with clients to understand space, power, and usage requirements.
· Attend trade shows, events, and on-site installations.
· Feedback insights to the team on feature requests, objections, and market trends.
You Bring
· 2+ years of technical sales experience in a comparable space (e.g. cold therapy, gym tech, commercial wellness, HVAC, or similar).
· A track record of smashing targets and closing consultative sales.
· Comfort with technical discussions—cooling capacity, installation, power, filtration, etc.
· A self-starting mindset: able to build pipeline and convert opportunities fast.
· A love for health, wellness, and the growing cold-water movement.
Bonus Points
· Direct experience with cold plunge systems, chillers, or sauna equipment.
