Overview

Calling all cruise professionals! A multi award-winning cruise company is seeking a Concierge Service Administration Agent to join the team and help manage high-level customer service across multiple channels. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Monday to Saturday role from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Fully remote working may be available for the right candidate with cruise experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer pre- and post-book queries via email and live chat facilities.
  • Contact customers pre-departure to identify any pre-departure queries and ensure the customer is ready for departure.
  • Perform post-booking calls to review the holiday experience and provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager on improvements needed.
  • Complete post-booking administration, including invoicing and balance payment collections.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Support the customer experience with any other management requests.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine and caring interest in the customer and service delivery.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ownership of personal development to build product knowledge and stay up to date with service trends and standards.
  • Previous product experience in the travel sector is preferred.
