A leading cruise company in Manchester is looking for a Concierge Service Administration Agent to join their customer service team. This role involves responding to customer queries, handling post-booking administration, and requires excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in the travel industry and a passion for exceptional customer service. Remote working options are available for candidates with cruise experience.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and the rest of the department to manage and ensure customers receive a high level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, coupled with travel experience.
This is a Monday to Saturday role, 9:30 am to 6 pm. Fully remote working is available for the right candidate with cruise experience.
