EXPERIENCED TRAVEL CONSULTANT - Cruise Team Remote based
Hours: 37 (23 + considered)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 plus commission on all sales every month.

The role:

• Creating and booking unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer’s needs.
• Confidently communicating with prospective clients through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries, and face-to-face conversations.
• Offering out-of-this-world customer service. We’ve won multiple awards for our fantastic customer service and are looking for more great people to join our award-winning teams.
• Meeting sales targets and working as a team to contribute to your branch’s overall targets.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates must have proven experience selling and working with multiple cruise suppliers, including Luxury and River cruises.
• Minimum two years experience as a travel consultant.
• A passion for selling travel.
• The determination and drive to succeed.
• The desire to continue to learn and keep on top of your game.
• The ability to deliver a world-class customer experience.
