Cruise Consultant

This is an exciting, fully remote role with our well-established and highly regarded cruise specialist client. You will be working with a busy, vibrant team and given fantastic earning potentials, as well as opportunities to attend amazing educational ship visits and cruises on some of the world's leading Cruise lines!

Our client is open to full and part-time hours (minimum 30 hours) and offers a great basic salary + amazing commissions (OTE £55k-£65k in your first year!!). THE ROLE AS A CRUISE CONSULTANT:

1. Receive inbound calls and emails, booking clients' chosen cruise.
2. Book alternatives if the cruise has been filled, book add-ons, upgrades, and offer ancillary products.
3. Deliver a high level of customer service.
4. Achieve specified sales conversion targets.
5. Use appropriate tools and systems to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Identify and act on customer's buying signals.
7. Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, Code of Conduct, Security, IT, and Internal Control Financial Regulations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS A CRUISE CONSULTANT:

1. Previous Travel Industry experience is desirable.
2. A passion for sales, and a track record of smashing sales targets.
3. A genuine passion for travel and cruising.
4. A hunger for sales, passion for product, and great customer service skills.
5. Strong verbal and communication skills (experience using webchat is desirable).
6. Ability to plan and organize your daily tasks.
