About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Cross Portfolio Value Lead to join a new cross-functional customer value team. The role focuses on increasing awareness, consideration, and purchase of additional products from our existing customer base. You will plan and execute initiatives to enhance our customers' lifetime value, starting from their perception of our products to sales execution across all customer touchpoints with Admiral, including EUI, Pioneer, and Money.

You will collaborate with the Customer Experience and Insight team, marketing, branding, and operational teams such as Direct, Digital, and aggregator channels to optimize communication and product consideration.

We seek an energetic, customer-obsessed, data-driven, and operationally savvy individual capable of hypothesis testing across channels and storytelling through data. You should be proactive, engaging, influential, and skilled at identifying patterns in data, understanding customer journeys, and propensity models to ensure timely and relevant product placement. A quick learner with a growth mindset, capable of building data analytics and testing capabilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross Product Value Mapping: Identify unique selling points for our products and communicate these effectively across channels. Develop a value framework based on customer research, understanding perceptions of car, travel, home, and other insurance products, and how products are 'better together'.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain visibility across teams, contribute to decision-making, and participate in forums. Communicate data insights effectively, collaborate with peers and stakeholders, create and maintain reports and visualizations, and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to innovate for better customer service.
  • Internal PR: Promote cross-selling initiatives with enthusiasm, understanding success metrics, and developing ideas for incentivization.
  • Compliance and Risk Mindset: Ensure adherence to ASA and FCA regulations regarding cross-selling, data use, and inter-entity processes.
