Job summary

Refeyn is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and own end-to-end development programmes, interfacing with R&D, Operations, Quality and Commercial. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risk in a matrix environment, coordinating design control activities and external partners to ensure gates are met with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in a matrix organisation, using influence rather than formal authority.
• Strong understanding of stage-gate development and design control basics (V&V, transfer, change control).
• Ability to interrogate risk, support estimates and discuss with R&D specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear, concise communication with bench scientists and leadership.
• Fluency with project/portfolio tooling and disciplined status, risk and dependency tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans for development programmes from concept to launch with gates and readiness criteria.
• Translate strategy into executable workstreams and sequence delivery across priority domains.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Product Management.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk; maintain a single source of truth for status and critical path.
• Coordinate design control activities and ensure documentation, verification and validation are on track for a regulated environment.
• Support engagement with external partners and suppliers, including cadence, deliverables and escalation.
• Run governance: steering reviews, gate decisions, status reporting and meeting minutes; align senior stakeholders.
• Identify blockers and surface dependency conflicts before the critical path is hit.
