Job summary

PIB Insurance Brokers in the UK is seeking an experienced Cross-Class Claims Handler to join our Claims team and deliver top-class service to clients. You will manage end-to-end claims from notification to fair settlement, in line with policy terms and guidelines.

We value strong technical and analytical skills, with Property & Casualty experience and a ongoing commitment to professional development. Hybrid working available after settling in.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex cross-class claims, esp. Property & Casualty.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with knowledge of the insurance market.
• Cert CII or working towards it is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims from notification to settlement.
• Communicate with customers and parties; provide updates and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal/regulatory standards.
• Liaise with third parties and experts to assess losses and settlements.
