You will work closely with a highly experienced cross-asset team specialising in securitisations, AMC and structured products, ranging from autocallables to credit-linked notes.

Role Overview

As a Cross Asset Solutions Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in your assigned region. Your goal will be to originate, structure, and distribute tailored investment strategies, drawing on our deep structuring and quantitative capabilities.

You’ll work closely with our internal product teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service, fast execution, and innovative investment solutions. This is a commercially-driven, high-impact role ideal for entrepreneurial sales professionals. It offers significant revenue potential through a competitive commission structure aligned with performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within institutional and professional investor segments across your target regions (Middle East, DACH, Iberia, Monaco).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients including asset managers, private banks, family offices, pension funds, and wealth managers.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with structuring and trading teams to tailor structured products across asset classes in line with client needs, market views, and risk appetite.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and macro themes to proactively advise clients and adapt product offerings.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the firm’s broader growth objectives.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues across functions — structuring, legal, operations, and compliance — to ensure seamless deal execution and post-trade support.
  • Product Development: Provide client feedback to inform product innovation and help refine the firm’s overall product roadmap.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in structured product sales or cross-asset distribution roles, with a proven revenue track record.
  • Client Network: Established relationships in at least one or more of the following regions: Middle East, DACH, Iberia, Monaco.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of structured products and derivatives across asset classes (e.g., equity-linked notes, credit-linked structures, capital-protected strategies, yield enhancement products).
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the target regions (German, Spanish, Arabic, French) are a strong asset.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, PRIIPs, UK & EU distribution rules) is desirable.
