We are working with a leading investment firm seeking to hire a Cross Asset Product Specialist to join their growing London office. This client-facing role is focused on option-based strategies, including target outcome and income ETFs, as well as broader cross-asset structured solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between the structuring team and the firm’s institutional and wholesale clients, providing expert product insight and strategic market analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for the firm's option-based ETF range and broader structured product offering.
• Support sales and distribution through presentations, client meetings, and event participation across EMEA.
• Deliver in-depth market and product analysis, offering clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop independent, differentiated views on market opportunities and competitor positioning.
• Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales and CEO, contributing to strategy and client engagement efforts.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years’ experience in options structuring, trading, or quantitative strategy roles.
• Deep understanding of derivatives and cross-asset investment strategies.
• Strong track record in a client-facing or product specialist capacity.
• Experience with target outcome, buffered, or income-oriented strategies is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present technical content to professional investors.
• Comfortable with regular travel across EMEA.
