What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and implement long-term and annual marketing plans for Crop Protection
  2. Lead promotions of Crop Protection products and services in alignment with business plans
  3. Maintain relationships with vendors and implement marketing programs to support company profit standards
  4. Analyze competitors and provide market intelligence to develop sales strategies
  5. Serve as the primary contact for sales and operational needs of FS members regarding crop protection products

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. College degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the Crop Protection industry
  3. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  4. Ability to travel independently and overnight as needed
  5. Strong skills in business knowledge, collaboration, communication, and decision-making
