As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' needs, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating a warm atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Availability to work shifts between 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm, and 4pm-1am on weekdays and weekends is necessary.
