CRO Specialist - CDP and Personalisation Expert - Hybrid

We are looking for a talented CRO Specialist to join our global optimisation programme and help deliver impactful digital experiences across 49 domains. This role offers the chance to shape customer journeys, influence global strategy, and make a real difference in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

About the CRO Specialist role
  • As a CRO Specialist, you will support strategy and lead the execution of optimisation initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • You will drive testing and experimentation using tools such as GA4, Content Square, and A/B testing platforms.

  • You will collaborate with UX, Product, Analytics, and Performance teams to deliver measurable improvements across campaigns and platforms.

CRO Specialist key responsibilities
  • Support the global CRO strategy and roadmap.

  • Use Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to deliver personalisation and segmentation.

  • Champion a test-and-learn culture across international markets.

  • Produce clear reporting, documentation, and insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure testing aligns with internal KPIs.

CRO Specialist skills and experience
  • 3+ years in e-commerce or digital optimisation, with a strong focus on CRO.
