We're on the lookout for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to become a key part of our talented and growing team. This role can be based from any of our offices in Stockton-on-Tees, Newcastle Upon Tyne, or Manchester City Centre. We’re also open to UK-based remote working options for the right candidate, as long as you have the full right to work in the UK.
The CRO Account Director will be responsible for owning their client portfolio, leading and overseeing the implementation of their CRO strategies to support the growth and profitability of their client’s business. They will drive excellence while maintaining a client-first approach, ensuring strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. With a strong focus on performance, they will consistently drive improvements in website performance. Adaptability is key, as they will proactively respond to evolving client needs with a strategic mindset. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance CRO methodologies, ensuring continuous optimisation and success.
Strategy and impeccable execution is key to the role, ensuring that clients benefit from the CRO service and have a clear and transparent view of the work carried out.
