Shoosmiths LLP is seeking a CRM Systems Assistant in Edinburgh to support day-to-day CRM and marketing automation. You will help maintain relationship data, deliver reporting and insights, and enable colleagues to use CRM effectively across Business Development, Events and Digital teams.
You will work with InterAction, Salesforce or similar platforms, supporting Power BI reporting, data quality initiatives and audience segmentation for campaigns.

As a CRM Systems Assistant, you will support the day-to-day administration and effective use of the firm's CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Working as part of the Marketing Operations team within the BD & Marketing department, you will support the Senior CRM Systems Executive in maintaining high-quality relationship data, delivering reporting and insight, supporting client communications and helping colleagues make effective use of the firm's systems and processes.
You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, particularly within Business Development, Events and Digital, helping ensure relationship information and communication activity are accurate, accessible and valuable to the business.
We are looking for an individual with strong organisational, CRM and data administration skills, alongside a genuine interest in client relationship management, business development and marketing technology.
experience working with a CRM platform or similar business system
experience maintaining data quality and following data management processes
experience producing reports and working with data in Microsoft Excel
experience supporting users, customers or internal stakeholders
strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
strong organisational and administrative skills
comfortable working within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
ability to learn and apply new technologies, systems and processe
experience working with InterAction, Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
experience supporting email campaigns, newsletters or marketing communications
experience using marketing automation platforms such as Vuture, HubSpot, Marketo or similar
experience producing dashboards, reports or data visualisations
experience within a professional services, legal, financial services or B2B environment
familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools
curious and interested in how organisations develop and manage client relationships
organised and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
