The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive our customer relationship management strategy, ensuring our sales team has the tools and insights they need to excel whilst providing critical business intelligence to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of our CRM system, overseeing all aspects of its functionality and development

- Ensure the sales team consistently and accurately updates the CRM with quality data

- Generate comprehensive performance reports and analytics for the Managing Director and Board

- Continuously enhance and customise the CRM to align with evolving business needs

- Act as the accountable person for all data integrity, quality, and compliance

- Collaborate with our consultant partners to identify and implement industry best practices

- Keep the company at the forefront of technological advancements in CRM applications

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on CRM utilisation

- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing and developing CRM systems, preferably in a B2B environment

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to customise CRM platforms to business requirements

- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities

- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and present insights to leadership

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

- Project management experience in implementing system improvements

- Understanding of sales processes and how CRM supports business development

- Experience in data migration, integration, and maintaining data integrity
