Excellent opportunity to join an internationally known, forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user as their internal Subject Matter Expert for all things Dynamics CE.

You'll be tasked with driving user adoption of Dynamics and providing assistance to users through follow-up and resolution of their cases. You will also be required to assess relevant business needs and adapt the CRM platform to ensure it is working efficiently and effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and create technical/functional specifications that will provide clear insight for the development team and other functional teams.
• Provide tailored technical and functional support to users, managing their requests and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Collaborate with System Developers to ensure quality, project progression, and that the product matches specifications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM across various end-to-end projects.
• Ability to understand data, troubleshoot issues, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Attention to detail, an analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage workload, prioritize key tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.

Starting Salary - up to £60k
