Location

We are a remote first company, however for this Growth Owner role, you must be based in London or the United Kingdom, with the ability to easily come to our London office on a monthly basis.

About The Role

We’re looking for a CRM Ops Marketer to build and scale AI-powered, highly personalized customer journeys that drive activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You’ll work closely with Growth Owners, Sales, Product, and Events to turn our CRM into a strategic growth engine. Powering multi-channel campaigns that meet customers with the right message, at the right time, in the right place.

This is a role for a CRM expert with AI instincts, a creative edge, and a drive to make every customer touchpoint count.

What You’ll Do

Lead lifecycle strategy across key segments from onboarding to expansion and renewal.

Run multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, lu.ma , ABM, and more to boost engagement and revenue.

Leverage AI & automation tools to personalize and scale CRM initiatives efficiently.

Drive revenue impact by improving pipeline velocity, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention.

Ensure CRM hygiene and monitor key KPIs to optimize lifecycle performance.

Work cross-functionally to align CRM efforts with business goals.

What You Bring

HubSpot expertise and familiarity with tools like Amplemarket, Apollo, or similar.

Proven track record in B2B SaaS or fintech CRM marketing (3+ years preferred).

Experience designing journeys across activation, adoption, retention, and upsell.

Obsession with AI in marketing - from personalisation to workflow automation.

Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and fast execution.

Highly collaborative with strong project management skills.

Bonus If You Have

Hands-on experience with AI-based personalisation tools or journey orchestration platforms.

A passion for emerging tech and customer experience innovation.
