Location: Leeds-based with option for agile working

CRM Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused CRM Officer to support the effective use of our customer relationship management system. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, develop insights from customer information, and help deliver targeted communications that improve engagement with our services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating CRM records to the highest standards of accuracy
  • Supporting colleagues with the effective use of CRM tools
  • Producing reports and analysis to inform service improvement
  • Assisting in the delivery of targeted campaigns and communications

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience using CRM systems in a professional environment. As this is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026, we would be keen to speak to candidates who can start on or near the 1 October 2025.
