A leading financial services firm is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer marketing initiatives and oversee campaign delivery. The role involves shaping communications strategies that align with business priorities, optimizing CRM tools, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strategic thinking, project management skills, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Campaign and Salesforce. This is a 12-month position based in London.

You'll lead customer marketing initiatives that support our broader strategy, driving engagement and delivering measurable impact. We’re offering this role for a period of 12 months.
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you'll be shaping and delivering CRM and Communications strategies to support campaign briefs that align with business priorities. You'll play a key role in the planning process across the Marketing function and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. We’ll look to you to lead the end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief to execution, as well as developing and executing customer communications strategies that drive engagement and retention. You'll also be leveraging strategic partnerships to apply best practices in campaign planning and delivery.
We’re looking for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in CRM, communications and campaign management. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering customer-centric marketing. Along with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, you’ll need clear and confident communication skills. Ideally, you’ll also have experience of using Pencil AI for creative development, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Stensul, AEM, Salesforce, and Microsoft Customer Voice, but this isn’t essential.
