  • Develop and roll out strategies to ensure our email marketing list(s) see significant growth (in quality leads), for example from onsite overlays, competitions or sampling forms; take actions to minimise disengagement and unsubscribes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes (communications, templates, data imports) where possible to improve efficiency and service to recipients. Ensure consistency across brands.
  • Ensure the success of email marketing activity can be tracked to a high level of detail.
  • Act as a customer marketing permissions expert, ensuring compliance.
  • Be a lead user of our email marketing platform and related tools and be a main point of contact with suppliers where necessary.
  • Participate as a key stakeholder in projects with our Product team to successfully implement new CRM related technologies.
