About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our London based team on a 9–12 month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity cover basis!

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the process of managing interactions with existing and prospective customers during a sales process. Interactions are commonly through email, text and push notifications. Through these interactions, you will be able to understand more about the customers and their behaviours. Your role will be to successfully create, deliver and report on all our high-quality email and push marketing campaigns.

Our CRM Marketing Executive is responsible for the end to end management and production, delivery and analysis of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns with a focus on driving efficient processes and improving customer engagement and long-term sales.

As our CRM Marketing Executive you will:

· Have day-to-day management of CRM Campaigns, from the initial briefs to content, targeting, data selection, campaign deployment and reporting

· Develop a testing strategy to identify how to get optimum email/SMS/Push results

· Analyse high-quality CRM marketing campaigns

· Ensure we maximise the lifetime value of our customers, by delivering the smartest, best in class CRM experience

· Maintain a deep understanding of your region's members, behaviours and response patterns and sharing this with wider teams (in marketing and across the business)

· Use Microsoft Excel with confident data skills

· Use SQL (to a basic level)

· Use Braze, Snowflake, Tableau or similar analytical/database environments (to a basic level)

· Use HTML, basic coding and editing

· Data-driven decision making and A/B testing

· Support our ‘test and learn’ approach to optimise communications effectiveness

· Liaise with the marketing team on promotional plans in order to convert, reactivate and retain members.

· Advise, support, and train clients on CRM implementation and best practices

· Manage project-based tasks such as designing new customer journey flows, brainstorming new CRM ideas, and improving data quality

· Problem-solve technical challenges, including handling backend integrations and troubleshooting CRM-related tech issues

· Collaborate with the Braze tech team for training and staying updated on platform enhancements.

We’re looking for someone with:

· Previous CRM marketing experience

· Experience in creating email campaigns and newsletters

· Experience in creating SMS and/or push notification campaigns (preferred)

· Results driven experience

· An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities

· Excellent communication skills
