Our client is a leading European supplier of specialist building solutions to trade customers across the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Benelux, Belgium, and Poland. They distribute insulation and interior products and merchant roofing and exterior products.

They are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to help improve data quality. You will read and understand queries and collaborate with a team that assists with data entry and data improvements.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery of email marketing communications
• Promote the value of data in marketing, sales, and business
• Collaborate with marketing and digital content teams to meet campaign goals
• Manage content creation and selection for emails
• Oversee the build and send process, ensuring quality and deadlines
• Performance reporting and analysis
• Analyze channel performance for actionable insights
• Work with the CRM Manager on growth initiatives and channel efficiency
• Support in designing and implementing optimization plans
• Track and analyze tests, providing recommendations for performance
• Monitor data quality of key target groups in real-time

Skills Required:

• Experience in customer segmentation
• Strong data analysis skills using various methods
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and GoSquared
• Basic Photoshop or similar skills
• Understanding of privacy frameworks and GDPR
