CRM Executive (Lifecycle Marketing) – London / Hybrid

We’re delighted to be partnering with a mission-led educational organisation looking for a CRM Executive to join their collaborative marketing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who thrives on using creativity and data to create meaningful, automated journeys that keep people engaged.

The Role

As a CRM Executive, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of lifecycle marketing campaigns, from lead capture through to conversion and long-term engagement. Working across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and print, you’ll write compelling copy, manage campaign automation, and track performance to enhance the customer experience and drive action across a range of spiritual and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage email and SMS campaigns that span the full user journey
• Create and maintain automated flows for onboarding, conversion, and upsell
• Write engaging copy for digital and in-person communications
• Use Canva to design simple, on-brand creative assets
• Track and report on performance metrics using tools like Airtable
• Coordinate messaging across email, WhatsApp, events, and mentor networks

Skills and Experience Required

• 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Familiar with CRM/email platforms and campaign scheduling
• Comfortable using Canva or similar for basic design
• Well-organised, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Nice to Have

• Experience with lifecycle automation and segmentation
• Understanding of Airtable and lead nurture flows
• Interest in spiritual, wellness, or educational sectors
