Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE, plus up to a 10% discretionary annual bonus and extensive benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Executive (x2) to join the CRM team as we grow our service offering and propositions for our patients. You'll be working across our core business functions including NHS Services, Health and Wellness Shop, Clinical Pathways, Pet Health and Private Medical Services.
This role will support the build and deployment of relevant, compelling, and targeted campaigns to deliver our cross-sell, activation and retention ambitions that drive long-term customer engagement via timely and personalised communications.

What you'll be doing?
- Work closely with CRM Manager's to plan, develop and execute email, push and SMS marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
- Build email templates in our CRM system (ESP Sailthru and Selligent)
- Work with our in-house creative team to manage and create clear creative CRM briefs
- Supporting with the campaign planning process ensuring that the customer comms are clear and compelling
- Ensure comms are delivered against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Manage reporting of regular email campaigns, triggered campaigns, comparing performance against the targets, providing actionable insights and communicating to internal stakeholders
- Identify new target audiences for email campaign, integrate and work on test and learn strategies including A/B campaign testing
Who are we looking for?
- Proven track record in email marketing, managing lifecycle journeys, and coordinating a calendar of marketing, promotional, and service emails
- Proficiency in email personalisation using Custom Fields, dynamic content, and segmentation strategies
- Skilled at building and managing automated workflows and campaign journeys within Email Marketing Platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with email best practices, including accessibility, deliverability, and GDPR compliance
- Ability to work closely with CRM, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Desirable Not Essential
- Experience with Sailthru and Selligent, including applying the Zephyr scripting language for dynamic content and logic
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, with a focus on responsive email design across devices and email clients
- Competence in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and optimisation techniques
