Overview

CRM Marketing Executive – £Competitive Salary Package – Permanent – Chester

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team as a CRM Executive, where you\'ll play a key role in optimising CRM communications to drive online transactions.

Reporting into the CRM Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign delivery: build, test, schedule, deploy, and monitor.
  • Focus on Trade, cross-sell, and upsell communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to source campaign assets.
  • Share campaign performance insights across marketing and commercial teams.
  • Work closely with UX/design teams to enhance content engagement.
  • Apply CRM best practices including dynamic content, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage ecommerce knowledge to support campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in CRM communications (email/SMS/Push).
  • Some experience in Marketing with a focus on CRM duties is also desirable
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • B2C / Retail sector experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Commercially minded, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM cross-sell/upsell techniques - preferred
  • Knowledge of Campaign implementation, Marketing automation tools, Salesforce ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics
