Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for creating and delivering CRM acquisition, demand generation, and loyalty initiatives by leveraging consumer insights to shape personalized journeys and campaigns. You will be part of the Consumer Direct WE team and work closely with Merchandise Managers, Regional Business Unit teams, and the Marketing Center of Excellence to drive loyalty and engagement within our members database. You will manage sales campaigns, report on performance, and drive optimizations across all PH categories.

You are responsible for:

  • Building best-in-class CRM experiences to increase NPS, retention, and loyalty
  • Defining and executing acquisition strategies and activities to bring consumers into the Philips CRM database through various channels (including organic, social, apps, product boxes, etc.)
  • Localizing, briefing, and optimizing CRM campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, customer lifetime value, and sales
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in the Business Unit and Global CRM team to develop consumer-centric and category-relevant journeys that foster engagement and loyalty to the Philips brand
  • Measuring and improving performance on European KPIs related to conversion, loyalty, engagement, and acquisition (e.g., CLTV, conversion rate, engagement rate, NADRC, CRM channel campaign performance)
  • Regularly analyzing consumer feedback insights via NPS, R&R, and other sources to identify issues and trends, and defining optimization plans
  • Defining local requirements and supporting the deployment of tooling on the roadmap, including UAT for legal, regulatory, and local relevance reasons
  • Providing audience insights and segmentation details

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in CRM, E-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating compelling customer communications (storytelling, creative writing, or marketing)
  • Ability to understand customer needs and behaviors, and to anticipate and address them
  • Data-driven mindset: proficiency in analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities, with strong skills in reporting and KPI tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional projects effectively; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with copywriting and translations is a plus
  • Ability to respond quickly and adaptively, driving creative solutions
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ambition to set trends
  • Outgoing and positive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Business English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at the company's facilities. Field roles are typically outside the main facilities, at customers' or suppliers' locations.
