• Address tickets raised on an ad-hoc basis
• Organize and manage forms, phases, and content for appointment systems
• Manage the CRM calendar and content delivery phases
• Develop immersive experiences aligned with the company's vision
What You’ll Bring to This Role
• Relevant Salesforce administrator certification
• Ability to maintain data hygiene
• Competence in resolving system technical issues with support from the tech team
