The CRM Manager is responsible for planning and the delivery of the CRM comms strategy for our Campaigns & Trading programme which include weekly trade Emails as well as behaviour triggers such as Abandon Basket, Browse etc
You’ll be focused on cross-selling and upselling to our existing in-life customer base across Currys, B2B and CPW, utilising all communications channels. (Email, SMS and DM).

As such you will work closely with Customer Data, Analytics & Insight teams as well as Agencies, Commercial Categories & Services teams.

Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• The planning, delivery and commercial performance within our core trading campaigns and triggers.
• Campaigns planning to the laydown schedule and production of campaign content, creative elements, and delivery.
• Implementing and reporting on key commercial campaigns
• Working closely with the Commercial teams, promotional and marketing planning teams to deliver coordinated integrated campaigns with CRM best practice at the core of the plans.
• Acting as the CRM subject matter expert to the wider business on CRM and data-driven marketing, embedding best practice across Currys. Helps others to upskill in CRM.
• Managing one direct report (CRM Executive) with workload planning and campaign delivery, as well as external agency partners to implement and report on campaigns
• Weekly results/insights and learnings against wow and YOY highlighting deviation, explanation and ways to course correct to drive incremental results.
• Working collaboratively with content teams to create a CRM campaign content both internally and external agencies.

You will need:
• To be commercially focused & data driven, whilst still putting the customer at the heart of every marketing decision.
• CRM experience working on a high-profile multi-channel consumer brand with exposure across the lifecycle (acquire, keep and retain) with a sizeable customer database.
• Managerial experience
• Retail experience is essential.
• You will evaluate creative objectively, always championing the customer’s best interests
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and a team player
